My good friend and former roommate Vanessa (who is from Ohio) was visiting her family in Albuquerque last weekend. Since I hardly ever get to see her I decided to make a quick last-minute trip out there. We had a lot of fun visiting and reminiscing. It was great seeing you, Ness!

Eliana was so excited when she saw a baby there. She kept saying, "Can I pet it? I want to pet it!" She even got to hold her but was relieved when baby holding time was up. She said, "It was too heavy, Mama!"
